My name is Jessica Lucas. I was born on November 5, 1990, in Chico California. My childhood was the best one. I passed through different situation in my life, when I was 5 years old I was in the hospital because the found pulmonia in my system. At first I was living in Oregon but then me and my family when to Mexico to see my grama but they my dad decided that it was better to study Spanish. So I did elementary in Tijuana and part of my middle school then I when to La Presa middle school. A mentor that I had in middle school was Miss Duran. She helped me plan my High school schedule and she helped me with problems that I had at that time.

            A major obstacle that I passed trough was tat in eight grade when I started to attend La Presa Middle school, when it was difficult for me to speak with other people, because I could not sustain a conversation as very hard for me but with the help of my teacher and my friends they helped me by speaking to me in English and encouraging to not give up. My favorite activities now are to run, listen to music. The clubs I belong to an academy called AOIT I also do cross country and track and field. Some accomplishment that I have gotten is diplomas and medals in different classes. My favorite activities in school are, AOIT (Academy of Information Technology) and cross country and track and field. The experiences that have made me a better person where having obstacle in my life.

            I still hope to accomplish in the rest of my time of high school is to graduate, go to college and transfer to a law school. My career goals in to be a criminal lawyer. I know that it’s going to be hard but it’s my personal challenge. I see my self in ten as a lawyer working in a case.
